We collect the data you provide (identity, contact details, CV, experiences, preferences) as well as usage data necessary for the platform to function properly.
2. Purposes
- Connecting talent and establishments.
- Improving and securing the service.
- Sending you communications related to your activity (according to your preferences).
3. Legal basis
Processing relies on contract performance (providing the service), your consent (communications), and Tastellers' legitimate interest (security, improvement).
4. Data sharing
Your profile data is only visible to establishments after validation. We never sell your data. Some data may be processed by subcontractors (hosting, CV parsing, email delivery) in compliance with the GDPR.
5. Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal retention periods.
6. Algorithmic ranking
The platform uses algorithmic ranking to sort search results and suggest recommendations (profiles, positions, missions). These suggestions rely solely on professional criteria (skills, experience, spoken languages, location), never on protected characteristics, and produce no final automated decision: every hiring decision remains human. Ranking logs are kept for 90 days and then anonymised. You may request an explanation of a ranking that concerns you at contact@tastellers.com (GDPR art. 22).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object. Exercise them from your settings or at contact@tastellers.com.
